Every major Festival seems to attract creative, entrepreneurial types who stage events alongside the main program. At Wangaratta Jazz, we are all about community and we know sometimes the Festival venues are just not big enough to accommodate all of the folks in town, so here are a few umbrella events that might be of interest.
